Criminal Activities Intelligence Network

A case management system that was designed for the District Attorney offices in Tennessee. This application collected disposition information as well as other critical data elements that are important to a criminal case. This disposition information from each district office is collected into a central MSSQL repository.

Telemarketing Call Center Scripting Application

This application is used by the telemarketing person which prompts them through the questions and depending on the customers response branches to another question. It also has a object-oriented call center script designer that creates unique scripts for each client project.

Tennessee Child Support Conversion

Custom data conversion programs written in Visual FoxPro for each diverse county computer system to extract all child support payments and map each data element to the new centralized statewide child support system. This FoxPro conversion program processed each extract from each county computer system and mapped and converted the data types to the MSSQL data structures.
